Chanteclair's "Studies Abroad Program" was created in order to facilitate the process of going to French-speaking
Europe, for the purpose of long-term studies.
It is designed to assist the prospective student from beginning to finish, through the entire process of going to, and settling into French-speaking Europe.
The program is divided into two parts:
In Japan, Chanteclair will:
- Help with application and enrollment procedures necessary to the respective educational institution.
- Provide a letter of introduction to the future professor or dean, if necessary.
- Help with application for, or renewal of passport.
- Help with application for a Òlong-term student visaÓ at the French Consulate (0saka and Tokyo).
- Help Minors with the obtainment of all the papers necessary for the obtainment of a visa.
- Supply plane ticket and student-insurance at competitive prices.
In the respective country, an agent working for Chanteclair will:
- Pick the student up at the airport, or station of arrival.
- Help the student obtain a Residential Permit (Permis de Sejour).
- Help the student take steps towards the opening of a bank or postal account.
- Accompany the student to his/her educational institution on his first day.
